In the Continental US, shipping is $4.20 for orders under $79 and FREE for orders over $79. You’ll also have the option for upgraded, faster shipping at checkout. The shipping carrier is determined according to package size and the value of the products being shipped. It may be shipped via FedEx or USPS.
Shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories are calculated at checkout.
Usually, 2-4 days, depending on your distance from Riverside, California.
All orders are sent in a plain box with our return address on the label – no company name.
The products we sell are intended for adults and are to be used for tobacco and legal herbs only.
In addition, this provides better tracking and delivery verification. If you’re worried you won’t be available to sign please sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager.
We currently ship within the United States only. We do however have distributors all over the world.
Email us as soon as you realize your mistake so we can correct it before your order ships. You can reply to your order confirmation email or email us through the contact page.
We’re probably working on it right now. Maybe it shipped while you were reading this. No, seriously, we try our best to ship all of our orders as quickly as the three humans in our warehouse can possibly pack and ship orders. Typically your order will ship the day after you placed it. If you placed your order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday we will be shipping your order the following Monday. You can use your email address and order number to check your order status here.
First use your order number and email address to check here if your order has been shipped yet. If your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be available there. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet it will say pending and will be shipping very soon.
We also emailed you a tracking number as soon as the order is fulfilled. Maybe it’s in your spam folder. Add the email address [email protected] to your address book so you get our emails.
You can check the status of your order right here. You just need your order number and the email address you used when ordering. Your order number was emailed to you when you placed your order. If you didn’t get that email check in your spam folder.
We know you’re really excited to get your order and you want to see where it is every step of the way, you just need to have patience young grasshopper. The tracking information we send you can take up to 24 hours to process with the carrier. If you just got the tracking number it’s probably not going to work just yet, try it again in the morning.
Please take a photo and then email it to [email protected]. Tell us what it was, especially if you got more than one item. Also be sure to tell us your name, order number and the email you used when you ordered.
